RESEARCH INTERESTS
Our research interests include the diversity, systematics and evolution of fungi with a special focus on fungal plant pathogens. In addition, we aim to unravel their interaction with hosts and the environment in a global change context. To do so we use classical mycology techniques combined with molecular biology techniques, as well as genomics, proteomics and metabolomics tools.
